The iconic fair, which is the longest established in Essex, still attracts an enthusiastic group of sellers and buyers from far afield. The 2017 fairs were both well attended and really bucked the trend of falling attendances which plague so many organisers. The capacity of this event is 120 stands and with over 50% being taken up within hours of the date being announced it is essential to book and pay early.

Parking and loading for exhibitors and extensive visitors parking close by. Bar and catering facilities are available throughout the day.

The fair is family friendly and tickets can be bought on the door at the Cliffs Pavilion Box Office. Major credit and debit cards accepted by most exhibitors and by the organisers on behalf of those who do not have such facilities. Doors open at 9.30am and the fair runs through until 4.30pm.
